Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What happens when my trial or plan ends?
You'll be moved to the Free plan automatically and prompted to correct your data limits to align. Once your plan ends, you'll have 180 days to correct your data before it is erased.
How does metered billing work on Scale and Enterprise?
You pay the base price plus a small per-site fee for sites beyond your included allowance. Usage is reported automatically and billed at the end of each month.
Is Venet only for WordPress?
No. Venet works with any website: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, static sites, and custom builds. If it has a URL, you can track it.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don't store card details. Stripe handles everything securely.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your billing settings. You can choose to keep your plan until the end of the billing period or cancel immediately. No questions asked.
